Our roasted, shelled pistachios are carefully roasted in a pan oven to avoid breaking them. It was certainly a challenge to toast such a small and delicate product without its shell to protect it. We succeeded and are among the few to offer it.
They are without preservatives or added salt, are unprocessed and are imported directly from Iran, which produces a very special variety.
The Iranian pistachio has an intense flavour and a unique crunchiness.
