It depends on the mix chosen. The ideal consumption of dried fruit is 30/40 g. For our dehydrated fruit, on the other hand, there is no ideal consumption. Our dehydrated fruit is to be considered the same as fresh, in that it has no additives or added sugars. In fact, it contains all the nutrients of the original fruit, but removing about 90 percent of the water by drying.

It is recommended to concentrate intake at breakfast and the two mid-day snacks, away from main meals.

All of our products are 100% Natural. They contain no preservatives or additives. Our Dried Fruits are never fried. Our Dehydrated Fruit contains no added sugars but only the natural sugars of the fruit.

The functional mixes of dried and dried fruits are naturally gluten-free. However, products containing gluten are processed within our facility, so cross contamination may occur.
