Hazelnut and chocolate: one of those infallible pairings that inevitably always wins everyone over. Especially if there is a creamy heart in between!
For months, we joined our artisans in the workshop to figure out how to find the perfect combination of nuts and chocolate… and to make sure that the real star here was the HAZELNUT.
Thus, our 70% dark chocolate bars were born, with a soft heart filled with our 100% hazelnut cream from Latium and a crunchy back covered with a crunchy granule made from our toasted peeled hazelnuts.
In short, a real explosion of taste and texture, perfect for a tasty (but healthy) break from work or study.

We have carefully chosen the ingredients that make up this bar: from the Callebaut Belgian cacao, to the finely roasted makadamia hazelnuts and, finally, the 100% hazelnut butter that comes from them and is hidden inside each cube. In short, exactly the same nuts that you can buy in our shop.
