Qual è la porzione giornaliera consigliata di mix?

Dipende dal mix scelto. Il consumo ideale di frutta secca è di 30/40 g. Per la nostra frutta disidratata invece, non esiste un consumo ideale. La nostra frutta disidratata è da considerarsi come la fresca, in quanto priva di additivi o zuccheri aggiunti. Infatti contiene tutti i nutrienti del frutto originale, ma eliminando circa il 90% dell’acqua tramite essicazione.

In che momenti della giornata è più indicato consumarli?

Si consiglia di concentrare l’assunzione a colazione e nei due spuntini di metà giornata, lontano dai pasti principali.

La vostra frutta contiene conservanti o additivi?

Tutti i nostri prodotti sono 100% Naturali. Non contengono conservanti o additivi. La nostra Frutta Secca non è mai fritta. La nostra Frutta Disidratata non contiene zuccheri aggiunti ma solo quelli naturali del frutto.

I vostri Mix sono adatti ai celiaci?

I mix funzionali di frutta secca ed essiccata sono naturalmente privi di glutine. Tuttavia all’interno del nostro stabilimento vengono trattati prodotti contenenti glutine, percui potrebbe verificarsi cross contamination.
