Nuts and chocolate: one of those foolproof combinations that always inevitably win everyone over. Especially if there is a creamy heart in between!

For months, we joined our artisans in the workshop to figure out how to find the perfect combination of nuts and chocolate… and make sure that the real star here was the NUT.

Thus were born our 70% dark chocolate bars, with a soft heart filled with our 100% nuts butter and a crunchy back covered with our nuts. All processed strictly BY HAND by our craftsmen.

In short, a real explosion of taste and texture, perfect for a tasty (but healthy) break from work or study.

We have carefully chosen the ingredients that make up these bars: from the Belgian Callebaut cacao, to the makadamia’s nuts and, finally, the 100% nuts butter that comes from it and is hidden inside each cube. In short, exactly the same nuts that you can buy in our shop.

Frequently asked questions and tips

What is the recommended daily portion and at what times is it best?

These bars are composed of 60% dark 70% Belgian chocolate. The rest is mostly nuts, in cream or pieces. For these reasons, the ideal daily consumption is about half a bar. It is recommended to concentrate intake at breakfast and at the two mid-day snacks, away from main meals. For example, after coffee.

I have celiac disease, can I eat chocolate bars?

Both dried fruits and chocolate are naturally gluten free.

What type of dark chocolate is it and in what percentage?

The variety of dark chocolate we use is Callebaut Belgian Chocolate. We guarantee a minimum percentage of dark chocolate of not less than 70%.

Do chocolate bars contain lactose?

Basically, no. But dark chocolate is processed in the same machines as milk chocolate. So low rates of cross contamination could occur.
