Cashews and chocolate: ever tried this combo? You’re sure to fall in love with it… especially since there’s a creamy heart in between!

For months, we worked alongside our artisans in the workshop to figure out how to find the perfect combination of nuts and chocolate… and make sure that the real star here was the CASHEW NUT.

Thus our 70% dark chocolate bars were born, with a soft heart filled with our 100% cashew cream and a crunchy back covered with our roasted cashews.

In short, a real explosion of taste and texture, perfect for a tasty (but healthy) break from work or study.

We have carefully chosen the ingredients that make up this bar: from the Belgian Callebaut cacao, to the finely roasted Makadamia cashews and, finally, the 100% cashew butter that comes from them and is hidden inside each cube. In short, exactly the same nuts that you can buy in our shop.

Frequently asked questions and tips

What is the recommended daily portion and at what times is it best?

These bars are composed of 60% dark 70% Belgian chocolate. The rest is mostly nuts, in cream or pieces. For these reasons, the ideal daily consumption is about half a bar. It is recommended to concentrate intake at breakfast and at the two mid-day snacks, away from main meals. For example, after coffee.

I have celiac disease, can I eat chocolate bars?

Both dried fruits and chocolate are naturally gluten free.

What type of dark chocolate is it and in what percentage?

The variety of dark chocolate we use is Callebaut Belgian Chocolate. We guarantee a minimum percentage of dark chocolate of not less than 70%.

Do chocolate bars contain lactose?

Basically, no. But dark chocolate is processed in the same machines as milk chocolate. So low rates of cross contamination could occur.
