The ideal consumption is 30 to 40 g. It is recommended to concentrate intake at breakfast and the two mid-day snacks, away from main meals.

Does your nuts contain preservatives or additives?

All of our products are 100% Natural. They contain no preservatives or additives. Our Nuts is never fried. Our Dehydrated Fruit never contains added sugars but only the natural sugars of the fruit.

I have celiac disease, can I eat dried fruit?

Our nuts are naturally gluten-free. However, products containing gluten are processed within our plant, so cross contamination may occur.
