Our lightly salted oven-roasted pistachios are 100% natural and, once harvested, we import them directly from the growers without the use of any middlemen.
Its flavour, unique and unmistakable, is known by all, but certainly less so are the many varieties that are cultivated around the world, varying in colour, flavour and size of the fruit.
It may not look like it from the pictures, but our pistachios are truly giant… the size of our U.S.A. in-shell pistachio is 16/18 of the ‘Colossal’ variety. This name is due precisely to the size of the fruit.
Do you know how the pistachio size is calculated? It is very simple: just see how many pistachios are contained in 1 ounce of weight (precisely 28.3 grams). The more fruit there is in 30 grams, the lighter and smaller the pistachios will be.
