We import this very special variety of almond with a very strange name directly from the U.S.A. without using any middleman.
They are called ‘Paper Shell Almonds’, which would be translated as ‘almonds with a paper shell’ precisely because of the unique characteristics of its very thin and very light shell.
This differentiates them from classic almonds because we would not need a nutcracker to open them.
We offer them in an oven-roasted and lightly salted version to give your snack or aperitif a super healthy and super tasty twist.
How much salt do they have? Less than 0.5 %.
Our dried fruit is 100% natural.
