Our Dried Strawberries are a product of Italian origin and craftsmanship.
They are characterized by a really intense red color, crunchiness and unique flavor.
Once harvested, they are washed and cut in our workshops, then dried using a “gentle drying” process at low temperatures, without the addition of any ingredients or additives!

Dried strawberries retain the nutritional properties of the fresh fruit, they are just more concentrated and convenient to carry around!
Just think that 1 kilogram of fresh yields only 80 grams of dried.
They are very rich in Vitamin C, containing as much as oranges, and in minerals such as Potassium.
Strawberries are also rich in antioxidants such as anthocyanins, which give them their characteristic red color, but more importantly help fight free radicals.
Finally, dried strawberries are very rich in fiber, which is essential for intestinal regularity and helps keep blood sugar levels stable. Fiber also helps create a feeling of satiety, which combined with the naturally low calorie content, can support weight loss.
Whether for its unique taste or its macronutrients, they are definitely an ingredient to include in any mix!
