‘The Latium Hazelnut is a very ancient fruit, from the 15th century onwards it became an ever-present in papal banquets’.
Non-smooth texture and intense flavour.
We have always been used to consuming hazelnut spreads, but almost never 100% hazelnut butters. A whole different story.
A completely different texture, a fuller, richer taste… definitely much healthier.
Our hazelnut is the ITALIANA DEL LAZIO, peeled and roasted. The colour of the butter is therefore very light as the skin of this variety is removed so easily that it can be processed excellently!
After months of trials and experiments, we finally managed to find the key to a superlative texture… we like to say that it ‘follows the spoon’.
Like all our fruits, the hazelnut is also processed for a long time at a low temperature.
Like any self-respecting 100 per cent butter, the flavour is decidedly intense but lovable and its texture full-bodied.
Our hazelnut butter is not as smooth as all the others. In fact, it is not processed to the maximum degree of butteriness. We like to slightly feel the hazelnut chunks under our teeth.
The result is a moderately fluid butter.
The nuts used for the butters are 100% natural.
They contain no additives or preservatives. They are never fried.
We import it directly from the producers, without intermediaries and without long storage periods.
Our butters are made in a small artisan workshop in Italy, where the choice of raw material is a credo and the roasting of the fruit a true ritual.
The secret of our butters lies in the careful choice of the best ingredient, the correct roasting of the fruit and the perfect consistency obtained by processing and low temperatures so that the cream does not oxidise.

Essendo creme 100% frutta secca, come per quest’ultima il consumo ideale è di 30/40 g. Si consiglia di concentrare l’assunzione a colazione e nei due spuntini di metà giornata, lontano dai pasti principali.
Le nostre creme “Le Centopercento” sono create tostando a bassa temperatura un unico ingrediente, fino a raggiungere la giusta consistenza. Null’altro è aggiunto alla preparazione.

Si, sono tutti prodotti idonei per un celiaco, infatti sono naturalmente privi di glutine.
Le creme di frutta secca si conservano semplicemente a temperatura ambiente nella dispensa (al riparo da fonti di calore e luce), anche dopo l’apertura. Naturalmente, si possono pure conservare in frigorifero, ma la consistenza diventerà più solida e meno cremosa.
È importante non gettare mai l’olio che si crea naturalmente in superficie. Funge anche da strato protettivo. Va semplicemente mescolata per bene ad ogni apertura per ritrovare la giusta consistenza.
