Almonds and chocolate: one of those infallible combinations that always inevitably win everyone over. Especially if there is a creamy heart in between.
For months, we joined our artisans in the workshop to figure out how to find the perfect combination of dried fruit and chocolate… and make sure that the real star here was the ALMOND.
Thus were born our 70% dark chocolate bars, with a soft heart filled with our 100% almond cream and a crunchy back covered with our peeled almonds.
In short, a real explosion of taste and texture, perfect for a tasty (but healthy) break from work or study.
Can you imagine it with coffee?
We have carefully chosen the ingredients that make up this bar: from the Belgian Callebaut cacao, to the finely peeled makadamia almonds and, finally, the 100% almond cream that comes from them and is hidden inside each cube. In short, exactly the same dried fruit that you can buy in our shop.
