Since we like to make great mixes here, we really went all out already starting with the base: we combined 5 cereals (Oats, Rice, Barley, Rye, Wheat) and puffed quinoa. An incredible mix of textures and flavours.
The fruits we then chose for this porridge are DRIED RED BLUEBERRIES and ROASTED ALMONDS, accompanied by wonderful CHIA SEEDS.
When cooked, the blueberries absorb the liquids and become soft while releasing all their sweetness.
Almonds provide the crunchy touch, supported by chia seeds, which together provide the perfect daily dose of essential fatty acids, plant proteins, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
In short, nothing better to start the day with the right energy!

HOT version 🔥
Ingredients:
● 50 g porridge mix
● 120 ml milk/vegetable drink
● 1 teaspoon honey/maple syrup
● Pinch of salt
● topping as desired
Procedure:
● Pour the mix with the pinch of salt, honey and half of the milk into a small saucepan and then turn the cooker on to medium-low heat.
● Stir until liquid is absorbed.
● Then add the remaining milk and cook until absorbed. Add more milk or water if you prefer a creamier result.
● Pour into the bowl and garnish to taste!
COLD version 🧊
Ingredients:
● 50 g porridge mix
● 80/100 ml milk/vegetable drink
● 1 teaspoon honey/maple syrup
● topping as desired
Procedure:
● Mix 50 g of the mix with 80/100 ml of milk or vegetable drink and a teaspoon of honey.
● Leave to rest in the fridge overnight.
● The next morning, mix well and garnish as desired.
