100% Argentine Peanut Butter

Ours, for the PEANUTS, is true love. The eternal, inexhaustible kind. In short, we would eat them in spades. On yoghurt, on pancakes, on bread…. but especially with a spoon 😉

What makes this butter so special is undoubtedly the raw material.

These are ARGENTINE peanuts with an intense, rounded flavour, but the real difference is the marked roasting and processing, at low temperature.

After months of trials and experiments, we finally managed to find the key to superlative consistency… we like to say that it ‘follows the spoon’.

Like any self-respecting 100% butter, the flavour is decidedly intense, yet lovable and its consistency full-bodied: neither too liquid, nor too solid. We dare say: the perfect degree of spreadability!

The final touch…. is the CRUNCHY one. That’s why once the perfect butteriness is achieved, we add chopped peanuts for an out-of-the-blue experience.

We cannot overlook a fundamental step in our production process: oven roasting. This allows the peanuts to best release their flavour and give the butter a unique taste.

By now we probably all know how to use peanut butter, but it is always good to remember how versatile it is, isn’t it?
First place we clearly put our favourite, pancakes, but what about crispbread with jam? What about yoghurt bowls? What about French toasts? What about galettes? ….. and pad thai? OK let’s run to the pantry.
