For this Porridge, we combined baby oat flakes with puffed barley for a really smooth and creamy result.
Baby oat flakes, in fact, have a softer consistency and blend more easily with puffed barley, which, once in contact with milk, softens and makes everything creamier.
The star fruits of this porridge are DRIED PLUMS and ROASTED PISTACHIOS.
When cooked, the plum absorbs the milk and regenerates, becoming soft and releasing all its sweetness. The pistachio, on the other hand, which we managed to toast even when shelled, retains all its crunchiness and gives that extra twist to this mix!
Finally, Linseeds provides additional fibre and energy. After all, seeds contain all the strength to make life blossom.
Together they provide the perfect morning dose of fibre, complex carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, protein… and energy!

HOT version 🔥
Ingredients:
● 50 g porridge mix
● 120 ml milk/vegetable drink
● 1 teaspoon honey/maple syrup
● Pinch of salt
● topping as desired
Procedure:
● Pour the mix with the pinch of salt, honey and half of the milk into a small saucepan and then turn the cooker on to medium-low heat.
● Stir until liquid is absorbed.
● Then add the remaining milk and cook until absorbed. Add more milk or water if you prefer a creamier result.
● Pour into the bowl and garnish to taste!
COLD version 🧊
Ingredients:
● 50 g porridge mix
● 80/100 ml milk/vegetable drink
● 1 teaspoon honey/maple syrup
● topping as desired
Procedure:
● Mix 50 g of the mix with 80/100 ml of milk or vegetable drink and a teaspoon of honey.
● Leave to rest in the fridge overnight.
● The next morning, mix well and garnish as desired.
